Group Therapy

Weekly, time limited, online group therapy sessions for women in California helping you feel less isolated and alone as you navigate life experiences on your way to happiness, peace, and resilience.

Group therapy can be great on its own or as an adjunct to individual therapy.

One of the things I love most about group therapy is that it helps you feel less isolated and alone. Having others who are or who have gone through the same core issues, while on a similar healing journey is empowering. In groups we often get to see ourselves mirrored in others' perspectives, offering deeper introspection and self-reflection. We get to commiserate and grow from shared challenges.

Being a part of group therapy provides you with mutual support, accountability, and community.

The groups that I run all share these important aspects in common:

  • ​A safe, confidential, judgment free zone

  • Mutual support and encouragement

  • A space to feel seen and heard

  • A space to work through struggles and learn coping skills
